1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using PicPortal ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

PicPortal is a photo management application that helps users browse, select, and delete photos from their device's photo library. The App provides both a free tier and a paid subscription (PicPortal Pro) with enhanced features.

3. Free Tier

The free version of PicPortal allows users to perform up to 5 delete sessions. Each session is counted when a user confirms a batch photo deletion. Once the free limit is reached, users must upgrade to PicPortal Pro to continue using the delete feature.

4. Subscription (PicPortal Pro)

4.1 Subscription Details

• Product: PicPortal Pro Monthly
• Duration: 1 month (auto-renewing)
• Price: $9.99 USD / month (or the equivalent in your local currency)
• Benefits: Unlimited delete sessions, priority support, and future updates

4.2 Payment & Billing

• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID at the time of purchase
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
• Manage subscriptions in your Apple ID Account Settings after purchase

4.3 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will continue to have access to Pro features until the subscription expires.

4.4 Refunds

All subscription payments are processed by Apple. Refund requests are handled by Apple according to their refund policy. We do not process refunds directly.

5. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Using the App in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
• Not using the App to delete photos without proper authorization
• Understanding that deleted photos cannot be recovered (always review before confirming deletion)
• Maintaining the security of your Apple ID

6. No Warranty

PicPortal is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that:

• The App will be error-free or uninterrupted
• Deleted photos can be recovered
• The App will be compatible with all future iOS versions

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PicPortal and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, profits, or business, arising from your use of the App.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of PicPortal, including but not limited to the app design, logos, icons, and text, are the property of HUANG MINFENG and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to the App for any user who violates these Terms of Use. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it from your device.

10. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting the updated terms on our website. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
